The best 24 participants of the first round spent a week in the alps together with four guest participants from Slovakia. They learned a lot in the morning lectures about topics like graph theory, segment trees and dynamic programming.

The interests of our participants on the blackboard

Our participants have a lot of interests and hobbies: Fightclub, Eishockey, film music and even drawing Einstein-Centauri!

During the afternoons we enjoyed the wonderful weather and the snow by skiing, snowboarding, and sledge riding. Of course a snowball fight had to take place too. But before we could enjoy the cozy evenings with various card games, there first was a programming contest of three hours.

I-Cup: The final Competition

On friday it got serious with the final competition, the I-Cup. During five hours, the participants had to solve tricky tasks. In the evening the winner was awarded: With 400 out of 600 points Ian Boschung from Düdingen won the I-Cup 2017. Congratulations!

The last time in Davos

This year the camp took place in Davos for the last time. We want to thank especially the SAMD for the long lasting cooperation and are curious about where we meet next year.
